I can't access the form fully - I get the error "You do not have permissions to access this form. Contact your PMO". 我无法完全访问该表单-我收到错误消息“您无权访问此表单。请与您的PMO联系”。 But I have been given full admin access to the sharepoint lists and the whole site. 但是我已经获得了对共享点列表和整个站点的完全管理员访问权限。

It sounds like your issue is inheritance related. 听起来您的问题与继承有关。 I would start with looking at the list's permissions and see if it has been broken from the parent site. 我将从查看列表的权限开始，看看它是否已从父站点断开。 If so, then you will need to add Full Control permissions explicitly to this list. 如果是这样，则需要将“完全控制”权限显式添加到此列表。
