Yes, in the Settings app you can add a language and make it the default without switching the full UI or downloading a language pack. 是的，您可以在“设置”应用中添加语言并将其设置为默认语言，而无需切换完整的用户界面或下载语言包。

Go to Time & Language then Region & Language , add a language from there, and make it the default. 转到Time & Language然后转到Region & Language ，从那里添加一种语言，并将其设置为默认语言。 You can switch back to your preferred language using the same UI. 您可以使用相同的UI切换回首选语言。
