Make sure that your account has a complete billing profile, including payment information.确保您的帐户具有完整的账单资料,包括付款信息。 If that is the case, and you are still having issues, AWS support will be able to help you identify the issue.如果是这种情况,并且您仍然遇到问题,AWS Support 将能够帮助您确定问题。
