问题描述
I have change the carbon.xml, Offset 0 to 1 
我将carbon.xml的偏移量更改为1
Server started with message: 服务器启动消息：
[2017-08-03 11:51:56,169] INFO {org.wso2.carbon.ui.internal.CarbonUIServiceComponent} - Mgt Console URL : https://IP:9444/carbon/
But I am not able to access to Application server with the URL above 但是我无法使用上面的URL访问应用程序服务器

Issue have been resolved. 问题已解决。
My LAN connection have blocked the port. 我的局域网连接阻塞了端口。
