You can use the same SQL server for the workflow and SharePoint databases without a problem. 您可以将同一SQL Server用于工作流和SharePoint数据库，而不会出现问题。

In fact I have a site that runs workflow manger from the SQL Server, database and IIS. 实际上，我有一个站点可以从SQL Server，数据库和IIS运行工作流管理器。 This was due to the fact the all servers in the farm were Server 2016 and workflow manger is not supported on Server 2016. Unless you have an insane amount of workflows, I wouldn't both with a dedicated workflow server, I would split the SharePoint server out into a Web and App Server. 除非您有疯狂的工作流程，否则我不会同时使用专用的工作流程服务器，而是将SharePoint服务器分为Web和App Server。
