You can't just download the OEPE from internet and start doing OSB development. 您不能只是从Internet下载OEPE并开始进行OSB开发。 It won't show you the OSB perspective option. 它不会显示OSB透视图选项。

You need to install the OSB from Oracle site first. 您需要首先从Oracle站点安装OSB 。 During installation it will ask for the OEPE path and will add required OSB plugins in it. 在安装过程中，它将询问OEPE路径，并在其中添加所需的OSB插件。 After installation is done you will be able to see the OSB related options in OEPE. 安装完成后，您将能够在OEPE中看到与OSB相关的选项。
