I have been trying to mount my local resources(drive C:) and I am not winning, is there a way to transfer resources from my local to a VM?

Note: With Azure Cloud Services, if you connect from Portal or RDP tool , which allows the remote computer to access the following resources on my computer. 注意：使用Azure Cloud Services，如果从Portal或RDP工具连接，则允许远程计算机访问我计算机上的以下资源。

To access Local drives in Azure Cloud Services, you may follow these steps: 若要访问Azure云服务中的本地驱动器，您可以按照以下步骤操作：
Open Visual Studio => Navigate to your Cloud Services Instance => Right Click => Connect using Remote Desktop 打开Visual Studio =>导航到您的Cloud Services实例 =>右键单击=> 使用远程桌面连接
Before connecting, go to Local Resources => More => Add all 连接之前，请转到本地资源 => 更多 => 全部添加

Ensure you have RDP your Classic VM with the right Public port of Remote Desktop. 确保具有正确的远程桌面公用端口的RDP经典VM。
If not, Go to The ednpoint of your VM and find the Remote Desktop Public port. 如果不是，请转至VM的ednpoint，然后找到“远程桌面公用”端口。
Then run RDP, put your VM's dns name and :<your public RDP port> . 然后运行RDP，输入您的VM's dns name和:<your public RDP port> 。
