I created a Custom Post Type using CPT UI Plugin called program and added contents to Custom Post Type which I created.

I fixed the issue which I struggled so far. 我解决了到目前为止我一直在努力的问题。
In CPT UI plugin there is a setting called show_in_menu . 在CPT UI插件中，有一个名为show_in_menu的设置。 That should be true to show the created custom post type in admin menu. 要在管理菜单中显示创建的自定义帖子类型，该设置为true 。
