I created an Azure Web app with MySql in-app as database.

Unfortunately, Azure does not have an option for the switching database provider. 不幸的是，Azure没有用于交换数据库提供程序的选项。 You probably need to migrate the database by yourself. 您可能需要自己迁移数据库。
Is ClearDB truly free?
