I try to read text file (file.txt) from SDcard and make string for Textview. 
我尝试从SDcard读取文本文件（file.txt），并为Textview创建字符串。 so i found this and every things works fine but when i changed language in text file , result is some question marks and not words .how can i fix this problem? 所以我发现了这一点，并且一切正常，但是当我在文本文件中更改语言时，结果是一些问号而不是单词。如何解决此问题？

I had this problem too. 我也有这个问题。 this error fixed when you saved your .txt file as UTF-8 Unicode , not ANSI. 当您将.txt文件保存为UTF-8 Unicode而不是ANSI时，此错误已修复。
