Is there a way to initiate a phone call from a custom Dialogflow action on the Google Home?

Users can make phone calls as a built in functionality in the assistant. 用户可以在助手中作为内置功能拨打电话。
At the moment, you can't initiate a call from your own Action on Google because there is no API that expose it. 目前，您无法在Google上通过您自己的Action发起调用，因为没有公开该API的API。
