I have a backup, a mirror of an SVN server data area, containing a number of repositories.

Yes, it is. 是的。 If you really have repository tree inside backup, you can extract it to any location (on local drive) and access repository, using local TSVN and file:/// protocol 如果备份中确实有存储库树 ，则可以使用本地TSVN和file:///协议将其提取到任何位置（在本地驱动器上）并访问存储库
