may i know what would be the possible issue for the woocommerce tax in the standard rates and keeps saying loading and it is not loading the data.我可以知道标准费率中 woocommerce 税的可能问题是什么，并一直说正在加载但它没有加载数据。 though this was setup before.虽然这是之前设置的。 I have tried disabling plugins and it is still not working.我试过禁用插件，但仍然无法正常工作。

ok i have resolved the issue, what i did was after Deactivating all plugins and going to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Delete WooCommerce Tax rates as suggested by @LoicTheAztec and lastly i deactivated WooCommerce itself and Activated again.好的，我已经解决了这个问题，我所做的是在停用所有插件并按照@LoicTheAztec 的建议转到 WooCommerce > 状态 > 工具 > 删除 WooCommerce 税率之后，最后我停用了 WooCommerce 本身并再次激活。 and inputted the tax rates back.并重新输入税率。 This solve the issue.这解决了问题。
