I have a gstreamer command that requires x264enc and the error I get is:

Select "Full installation" when installing from the official released binaries. 从官方发布的二进制文件安装时，选择“完全安装”。 the plugin should get installed then. 然后应该安装插件。 Or what what was your installation source? 或您的安装源是什么？
