Quick guess: patch your client tools (Management Studio) to SP3/4035 too. 快速猜猜：也将您的客户端工具（Management Studio）也修补到SP3 / 4035。
You have the SP1 RTM tools (build 2047) and custom reports are for SP2 onwards 您拥有SP1 RTM工具（内部版本2047），并且自定义报告适用于SP2及更高版本
It's generally best to keep client and server (even express) patched to the same level. 通常最好将客户端和服务器（甚至Express）打补丁到同一级别。
