Error Screenshot I just installed Android studio and was going through the steps to create a new virtual device.

Intel HAXM can be installed either through the Android* SDK Manager (recommended), or manually, by downloading the installer from Intel's website. 可以通过Android * SDK Manager（推荐）安装英特尔HAXM，也可以通过从英特尔网站下载安装程序进行手动安装。 please follow the instructions here to download Intel HAXM for your android studio. 请按照此处的说明为您的android studio下载Intel HAXM。

Sometimes issue occur through android studio to install HAXM. 有时会通过android studio发生问题以安装HAXM。
So you can directly download HAXM from Intent site https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-hardware-accelerated-execution-manager-intel-haxm here according to your plateform. 因此，您可以根据自己的平台从Intent网站https://software.intel.com/zh-cn/articles/intel-hardware-accelerated-execution-manager-intel-haxm直接下载HAXM。 ex Windows. 以前的Windows。
