I installed jupyter notebook using a pip.

Looks like your notebook is not able run python-3 kernel. 看来您的笔记本无法运行python-3内核。 Can you try selecting python-2 from the dropdown and try rerunning your notebook? 您可以尝试从下拉列表中选择python-2并尝试重新运行笔记本吗？
