I want to include jQuery in my Libraries for code completion, but there is no Libraries under JavaScript.

I want to include jQuery in my Libraries for code completion, but there is no Libraries under JavaScript.
That's because you are accessing the wrong settings. 那是因为您访问了错误的设置。
You need "File | Settings" (Windows/Linux; on Mac it's "WebStorm | Preferences") which show global + this project settings ... but on screenshot you are using "File | Default Settings" ... which affect only future new projects and do not contain all possible settings pages. 您需要“文件|设置” （Windows / Linux；在Mac上是“ WebStorm |首选项”），它显示了全局+该项目设置...但是在屏幕快照中， 您使用的是“文件|默认设置” ...新项目，并且不包含所有可能的设置页面。
