I've my application hosted on EC2/EBS and I can't access it using the IP address as it throws a 403 Forbidden Error .

Please check password in pg_hba.conf as it is password authentication failed. 请检查pg_hba.conf中的密码，因为密码验证失败。 It means you are providing wrong password somehow. 这意味着您以某种方式提供了错误的密码。
