I have a problem with posts on the subpage: - if the home page = index and page with posts = blog then the blog page displays me the index page ... the templates have been set Anyone have an idea?

You have defined default blog page in admin (Setting->reading->post page), therefore index page display. 您已在admin（设置->阅读->帖子页面）中定义了默认博客页面，因此显示了索引页面。
Please deselect post page from admin, Create new page and select template from there. 请从管理员中取消选择发布页面，然后创建新页面并从中选择模板。
