I have installed eclipse Oxygen in windows 10. I don't find the “dynamic web project” option under project list.

Help --> Install New Software--> place this URL in work with field 帮助->安装新软件->将此URL置于“使用范围”字段中
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/oxygen/ http://download.eclipse.org/releases/oxygen/
Select the list of software's which do you want to update and complete normal update process. 选择要更新的软件列表，并完成正常的更新过程。 Once, installation completed you have to restart the eclipse. 安装完成后，您必须重新启动Eclipse。 So, you are able to create the Dynamic Web Project. 因此，您可以创建动态Web项目。
