I have an existing Sign-Up/Sign-In policy and I want to change the Application that is associated with. 
我有一个现有的注册/登录策略，并且想更改与之关联的应用程序。 When I select the new Application that I want in the drop down the change does not get saved (ie. it reverts back to what it was previously. I don't see a save button either. I've tried editing the policy and hitting the save button in that window as well as pressing the Run now button but no luck. The B2C Policy run screen does not save your last known run profile. “ B2C策略”运行屏幕不会保存您最近一次的运行配置文件。 This page is to test your policy, and as such will reset all application, domain, reply URL etc settings each time. 此页面用于测试您的政策，因此每次都会重置所有应用程序，域，回复URL等设置。

Policies can be run against all applications. 可以针对所有应用程序运行策略。
