[英]Not able to save .xlsx file as PDF in the sharepoint list through save a copy in Excel.

I am trying to save a .xlsx file as the pdf file in the sharepoint list by the desktop excel. 我正在尝试将.xlsx文件另存为桌面Excel在共享点列表中的pdf文件。 Each time I am receiving the same error described below. 每次我收到以下所述的相同错误。

Error: - Document not saved. 错误:-文档未保存。 The document may be open, or an error may have been encountered when saving. 该文档可能已打开,或者在保存时可能遇到错误。

Check if the excel file was in Preview Mode, modify it to edit mode. 检查excel文件是否处于预览模式,然后将其修改为编辑模式。

And check if you already open this file, close another file and save it again. 并检查是否已经打开该文件,然后关闭另一个文件并再次保存。
