I am trying to save a .xlsx file as the pdf file in the sharepoint list by the desktop excel.

Check if the excel file was in Preview Mode, modify it to edit mode. 检查excel文件是否处于预览模式，然后将其修改为编辑模式。
And check if you already open this file, close another file and save it again. 并检查是否已经打开该文件，然后关闭另一个文件并再次保存。
