I am trying to add a file upload along with radio inputs in a custom woocommerce page;

Update 2021 - Still works perfectly on last WooCommerce version (5.1.x) . 2021年更新-在最新的 WooCommerce 版本 (5.1.x) 上仍然可以完美运行。
