I have created a new account on portal.azure.com.

You need to have Global/Company Administrator set on your user in order to be able to view certain parts of Azure AAD. 您需要在用户上设置全局/公司管理员，才能查看Azure AAD的某些部分。 Your account administrator will be able to change the permission. 您的帐户管理员将可以更改权限。 See here for more information about roles in AAD 有关AAD中角色的更多信息，请参见此处
