I would like to launch the new Measure app (on iOS 12) from within my app, is that possible?

It looks you can't open this app. 您似乎无法打开此应用。
In the Documentation Archive you can see the different system apps you can open, measure not being included. 在文档档案中，您可以看到可以打开的不同系统应用程序，没有包括在内。
The new doc has nothing about this. 新文档对此一无所获。
You should make your own measurement module embed inside your app, it's pretty trivial with AR Kit now 😁 您应该在自己的应用程序中嵌入自己的测量模块，现在使用AR Kit来说这是微不足道的。
