提供测试计划的结果

I am tester who is new to test planning, I have to write a test plan for a project (I can find test plan samples online so that part is fine) however I have been asked to clearly give the results of the test plan at the end. Does anyone know what it mean? thanks

I would suggest you ask the person whom assigned you this task; what does this person expect?

I have been working in this field for more than 7 years, and when my deliverables aren't clear, aligning is the first thing I do.
