Does anyone know of a text labelling tool?

I would like to know if there is a tool for labelling a text database in order to have an annotated corpus.

Not sure for what type of tasks you need to label the text of your database, but I would recommend looking at:

1. prodi.gy is an annotation tool for ML and NLP, the downside is that you have to paid to use it.
2. doccano is an open source text annotation tool for the machine learning practitioner. Right now doccano it's in early development but it seems very promising.
