We can create/update/view Classic log analytics alerts in azure through azure powershell or cli.

Nope, the CLI functions to do that aren't released yet. 否，尚未执行此操作的CLI功能。 The functionality should be released soon. 该功能应尽快发布。 They're moving log analytics alerts into the new Azure Security Insights. 他们正在将日志分析警报转移到新的Azure安全见解中。
There's a rest API that is able to edit alerts, but it can't edit saved searches, so it's useless for updating the queries. 有一个rest API可以编辑警报，但不能编辑保存的搜索，因此它对更新查询没有用。
