I'm using Eclipse Photon and Windows 10 and trying to download the STS version 4 from the marketplace (or by drag and drop) the installation constantly stalls at 49 percent and I get this error:

This looks like a typical network or repository caching issue. 这看起来是一个典型的网络或存储库缓存问题。 I would recommend to go to the Preferences -> Install/Update -> Available Updtae Sites , select the one that is used and press reload . 我建议转到“ Preferences -> Install/Update -> Available Updtae Sites ，选择要使用的Preferences -> Install/Update -> Available Updtae Sites ，然后按reload 。 That refreshes the internal repository caches. 这将刷新内部存储库高速缓存。 Then try again the install. 然后重试安装。 You could also delete all those STS-related update sites from that preference and try again the marketplace entry. 您也可以从该首选项中删除所有那些与STS相关的更新站点，然后重试市场条目。 That should solve the issue. 那应该解决问题。
