You said you do not have direct access to CSS file but If you are able to open web page in Internet Explorer then you can go to the File menu and Save As the web page to the desired location.您说您没有直接访问 CSS 文件的权限，但是如果您能够在 Internet Explorer 中打开网页，那么您可以转到“文件”菜单并将网页另存为所需位置。
