Found the Issue: the problem is There are two versions of the command one is for windows server 2012 and another is for window server 2016.发现问题：问题是命令有两个版本，一个用于 windows server 2012，另一个用于 windows server 2016。

The "InkandHandwritingServices" are no longer supported in 2016 so you need to use the modified version of the command in powersell as given below: 2016 年不再支持“InkandHandwritingServices”，因此您需要使用 powersell 中命令的修改版本，如下所示：
