How to get support enabled for AWS member accounts?

I'm sad but you really have to recover your root account password first to gain access to your root user, before you can opt for a support plan change. 很遗憾，但是在选择支持计划变更之前，您确实必须首先恢复您的root帐户密码才能访问root用户。
