This is a really basic question, but I cannot seem to figure it out.

Try changing background color of Editor > Selection background in Preferences | 尝试在“首选项” |“首选项”中更改“ 编辑器”>“选择背景 ”的背景颜色。 Editor | 编辑器 Color Scheme | 配色方案| General 一般
