Is it possible to open the Paypal REST-API for authorizing a Paypal-PLUS payment in such a way that the payment is made on behalf of a merchant?

To use PayPal Plus a merchant must apply for it and get approved after a vetting procedure with PayPal. 要使用PayPal Plus，商家必须先申请并获得PayPal的审核程序批准。 As such, I do not believe this is going to be available for 3rd party permission requests. 因此，我认为这不适用于第三方许可请求。
