@rudyvelthuis answer solved it. @rudyvelthuis 的回答解决了它。 Doesn't want to work from within Delphi at present.目前不想在 Delphi 中工作。

To get it to work with Rio, use git (windows version) and clone and follow instructions.要使其与 Rio 一起使用，请使用 git（Windows 版本）并克隆并按照说明进行操作。 Only thing to add is if you have a new install of windows 10 you will need to allow it to download the older .net framework as well.唯一要补充的是，如果您新安装了 Windows 10，则还需要允许它下载旧的 .net 框架。
