I am a registered PRO seller on Amazon UK (and all EU marketplaces on the same account) 我是亚马逊英国（和所有欧盟市场上同一帐户）上的注册PRO卖方

amazon scratchpad url is different country to country. 亚马逊暂存网址不同的国家/地区。 most probably you are trying on different scratchpad country's url. 您最有可能尝试使用其他暂存区国家/地区的网址。
