There is no such limit towards the number of IP addresses. IP地址的数量没有这种限制。 You can specify address ranges and individual range 您可以指定地址范围和单个范围

In Azure Portal you can set as much as IP filters you need. 在Azure门户中，您可以设置所需的IP筛选器。 API management does not have restriction towards the number of IP addresses. API管理对IP地址的数量没有限制。 I have tried setting nearly 40 IPs. 我尝试设置近40个IP。
You can also specify the range of IPs incase. 您还可以指定IP范围（以防万一）。
