I have created an action in my account and tested in simulator, it is coming properly, but i am not able to test the same in google home device.

Have you tried: 你有没有尝试过：
- Make sure the google home is connected on the same google account as the one you use to create the google action 确保谷歌主页与用于创建谷歌操作的谷歌帐户相同
- (Don't think this is necessary) Is the device on the same wifi? （不要认为这是必要的）设备是否在同一个wifi上？
