Recently, due to the GDPR new regulations on privacy, Atlassian have deprecated their access method via API. 最近，由于GDPR关于隐私的新规定，Atlassian已弃用通过API的访问方法。

I think you are mistaken. 我想你错了。 The article doesn't say anything about deprecating the authentication method. 本文未提及过时的身份验证方法。 They are just gonna stop exposing things like username and userKey in the API. 他们只是要停止在API中公开诸如username和userKey类的东西。
