are possible but neither is likely to be of much use, since the former is a text box and the latter an image and neither the cell nor these cells can be accessed in the normal way by Excel formulae. 可能是可行的，但两者都没有太大用处，因为前者是文本框，后者是图像，并且Excel公式无法以常规方式访问单元格或这些单元格。 Even merging (generally a very bad idea) would be of limited use since only the top left corner (even if appearing to fill the entire cell) of a merged range is accessible by Excel formulae. 由于Excel公式只能访问合并范围的左上角（即使看起来充满了整个单元格），因此即使合并（通常是一个非常糟糕的主意）也将受到限制。

I'm afraid it's not possible. 恐怕不可能。 A cell has to fit in it's matrix (height of it's row and width of it's column). 单元格必须适合它的矩阵（其行高和列宽）。 You could however merge cells, although it's technically not the same as changing dimensions of one cell. 但是，您可以合并单元格，尽管从技术上讲它与更改一个单元格的尺寸不同。
