I have a text file with many values inside, and I want to read this file. 我有一个文本文件,里面有很多值,我想阅读这个文件。 The each value is 20 characters in length, eg -5.3815657119783E-04
with minus is 20 characters, and 3.4684258817593E-02

to realize this function, however stringstream
