I am creating an application that needs to open pdf documents from some custom URI written inside some other pdf documents. 我正在创建一个应用程序，该应用程序需要从一些其他pdf文档中编写的自定义URI打开pdf文档。

So it's like: "Custom URI in pdf" -> MyApp -> "Another pdf Document". 就像：“ pdf中的自定义URI”-> MyApp->“另一个pdf文档”。

The application currently runs and works on Android, with this feature, however, no way to make it work on windows 10... It's because Acrobat Reader DC, that I was using, doesn't allow custom protocol URI, for security reasons. 这是因为出于安全原因，我使用的Acrobat Reader DC不允许自定义协议URI。
