I'm trying to change the Call Script Label on the Left Panel Pane of the Unified Service Desk.

I do not think it is possible to configure or change Call Script name from within USD.我认为不可能在 USD 内配置或更改调用脚本名称。 What you can try is that create your own agent scripts and call them from your code inside Unified Service Desk.您可以尝试创建您自己的代理脚本并从您在 Unified Service Desk 内的代码中调用它们。 Make them more generic so you would be able to change the name and what not through your code.使它们更通用，以便您可以更改名称以及不通过代码更改的内容。

Yes you can, but you'd have to be using a custom Panel Layout Hosted Control.是的，您可以，但您必须使用自定义面板布局托管控件。 If you do that, you can edit the XAML and the title of the Call Script section is in there and you can change it.如果你这样做，你可以编辑 XAML，调用脚本部分的标题就在那里，你可以更改它。
