I have Power BI report server setup in my on-premise environment.

As it mentioned in the description that When you pin an element from Excel, a new tile is added to a new or existing dashboard in Power BI , 正如描述中提到的那样， 当您从Excel固定元素时，新的磁贴将添加到Power BI中新的或现有的仪表板中 ，
