I am experimenting with latest hub and youtrack on a linux machine, I installed latest versions (2019.2 and 2019.1 respectively) and enabled the hub integration in youtrack.

What happened is this: 这是怎么回事：
- When I try to create a project i am always switched to Hub (is this correct? i did not find anything on JetBrains docs) 当我尝试创建项目时，我总是切换到集线器（这是正确的吗？我在JetBrains文档中找不到任何内容）
- If I create a project from the hub interface and then click on the left panel to add a "Youtrack service" then i am offered the option to create only "default, scrum and kanban" projects that are the standard ones provided by JetBRains, however if i had already created a project and saved as template that project is not offered to me as an option to be the base of the new one. 如果我从集线器界面创建一个项目，然后单击左侧面板以添加“ Youtrack服务”，那么我可以选择仅创建“默认，scrum和看板”项目，这些项目是JetBRains提供的标准项目，但是如果我已经创建了一个项目并另存为模板，则该项目不会作为新项目的基础提供给我。

This happens as well with older versions (2018.4) of hub and youtrack. Hub和youtrack的较旧版本（2018.4）也会发生这种情况。

As far as I recall this is bug in Hub yet to be fixed. 据我记得，这是Hub中的错误，尚待修复。
