I am trying to choose which one to use for my project.

Because using PF_RING is much easier to use and more portable than using DPDK which is a tool to solve specific problems.因为使用 PF_RING 比使用 DPDK 更容易使用和更便携，DPDK 是解决特定问题的工具。
