What happened to the Template Module at the left side from TYPO3? 
TYPO3 左侧的模板模块发生了什么变化？ The newest version does not have it.最新版本没有。 So how do I set up settings for TypoScript, etc.?那么如何设置 TypoScript 等的设置呢？

You can still edit templates in list module.您仍然可以在列表模块中编辑模板。 To get Template module back you need to load corresponding package into your project: composer require typo3/cms-tstemplate .要获取模板模块，您需要将相应的 package 加载到您的项目中： composer require typo3/cms-tstemplate 。
