在ubuntu中使用pip安装psycopg2时出错

Question

I have venv activated using conda

$source activate /home/sim/anaconda3/envs/myenv

I am in venv (myenv) sim@ma-Vostro-15-3568:~/flask/venv$

python3 -m pip install psycopg2

i have tried pip3 also

python --version is 3.6

Error is below
