For future me or anyone that runs into something similar, I solved this with some framework updates/downgrades.对于未来的我或任何遇到类似问题的人,我通过一些框架更新/降级解决了这个问题。 I haven't narrowed it down to the exact issue because i did several at once based on what the project was asking for and past experience.我没有将范围缩小到确切的问题,因为我根据项目的要求和过去的经验一次做了几个。

The main change I made that I think is the most likely culprit was a downgrade of Xamarin.Build.Download to 0.4.11.我认为最有可能的罪魁祸首是我所做的主要更改是将 Xamarin.Build.Download 降级到 0.4.11。 Sorry I can't be more helpful.抱歉,我帮不上忙了。
